The Disbursements Satisfaction Playbook: Who Pays, Who Collects And What Payment Methods Are Used, a PYMNTS and Ingo Money collaboration, analyzes the responses of more than 5,000 consumers and 500 microbusinesses that receive disbursements, as well as those of 600 small and medium-sized companies and large corporations that pay disbursements across the United States. The playbook offers insights on payment choice, use of instant payments and consumers’ and microbusinesses’  willingness to pay a fee to access this payment option.
