Apple Pay Adds More Issuers

With the ongoing list of banks and retailers signed-up to support Apple Pay, the service is now capable of enabling the use of credit cards that, according to Apple, account for nearly 90 percent of U.S. transactions.

As of Tuesday (Dec. 16), the new banks and credit unions processing purchases through Apple Pay are:

  • UW Credit Union
  • Associated Bank
  • BB&T
  • Black Hills FCU
  • Dupaco Community Credit Union
  • First Tennessee Bank
  • Idaho Central Credit Union
  • TD Bank North America
  • WesBanco
