Chime is leading our rankings again with a perfect score of 100, but let’s not overlook Empower and Robinhood, both slowly climbing to the top. Here’s a breakdown of the highest ranked personal finance apps:
The Top 5
Chime Mobile Banking remains at the top with a perfect score of 100.
Rocket Money continues at No. 2 with one more point to earn a score of 95.
No. 3 goes to Splitwise, down 2 points from its prior score with 91 points.
Empower climbs two spots to No. 4 with a score of 85.

No. 5 remains the same with Albert Save And Spend Smarter scoring one point higher at 81.

The Top 10
Robinhood climbs up the rankings to No. 6 with a score of 78.
Falling to No. 7 is Fidelity Investments scoring 76 points.
No. 8 is tied, with myWisely Financial Wellness and SoFi both scoring 56.
Staying consistent at No. 9 is Mint Personal Finance & Money with a score of 53.
Emma Budget Manager making its first appearance at No. 10, closing out the ranking with a score of 52.
