Meta has dubbed the device Muse Charm. The company has built a few prototypes of the device, is now finalizing it and plans to have it ready to ship in December, ahead of the holidays. Meta will share more details soon, Zuckerberg said.
“We packed the whole Muse experience, including the whole real-time voice and avatar stack, into something that fits on a keychain and is always available to talk to you,” Zuckerburg said while holding a prototype of the device.
“You just go ahead and tap here in the fingerprint sensor in the corner, and you can start talking without having to unlock a phone or open an app,” Zuckerberg said. “So, we’ve packed a lot of technology into this little guy. So, if you’re not wearing glasses, this is going to be by far the fastest way to talk to your Muse and to show it what’s going on around you.”
Meta also announced in a Wednesday blog post that it is bringing Muse to the company’s AI glasses.
In a Wednesday post on social platform X, Zuckerberg described Muse Charm as “a joyful little device for talking to your Muse that fits on your keychain.”

Meta said in the Wednesday blog post that Muse Charm can fit in a pocket and is equipped with a state-of-the-art real-time voice model.
On a page offering a way to sign up to be notified when Muse Charm is available, Meta described it as “the first device made for Muse, your personal AI agent.”
Meta launched Muse Sept. 8, describing it as a personal AI agent that is simple to use, with “no technical experience required,” and “built for everyone.”
PYMNTS reported Wednesday that Muse has taken Silicon Valley and Wall Street by surprise as it topped Apple’s App Store charts within days of launch, a feat Meta’s earlier AI apps never managed, and Meta shares jumped more than 11% in a single session.
