Aptys Processing Payments for 16% of Commercial Banks

Aptys Solutions, a Texas-based company founded in March 2010, says it has signed up more than 1,000 commercial banks for its PayLOGICS payment processing system, representing a 16% share of the market.

    Based on the latest data from the FDIC, a 16% share of all FDIC-insured banks would represent roughly 1,176 institutions.

    In a release announcing its penetration of the market, Aptys describes PayLOGICS as “the first and only unified platform to support all aspects of payment processing, including image exchange, ACH, wires, payment archiving, Federal Reserve messages, least cost routing, in-network exchange (INEX) and mobile payments.” Additional information is available at Aptys’ website.
