Noah closed the round after raising an additional $16 million from new and existing investors, according to the release. The company raised $22 million earlier in the seed funding round and announced that figure in a June 2025 blog post.

Year-to-date, Noah has increased its revenues by 538% compared to the same period in 2025, seen recurring monthly growth of 31% and signed more than 150 new customers, according to the Wednesday press release.

Noah will use the new funding to expand and accelerate its international money transfer services by expanding the company’s regulatory footprint, recruiting engineering and compliance specialists, and deepening its connections with local payment rails. The company will also accelerate its expansion in the United States by opening an office in New York, the release said.

Noah is live in more than 150 markets, supports more than 60 currencies and enables seamless cross-border payments. The company serves enterprises and individuals directly as well as indirectly through partnerships with consumer platforms, FinTech companies, neobanks and workforce platforms, per the release.

“Noah is building the infrastructure that will make one-click international transactions possible everywhere, with full compliance at both the origination and destination of funds,” Noah Co-Founder and CEO Shah Ramezani said in the release. “Just as neobanks have revolutionized domestic banking, we want to redefine global money transfer markets.”

PYMNTS reported in May that a new architectural model of cross-border settlement is beginning to emerge, and it’s being powered by stablecoins.

Stablecoins can offer a way to compress settlement time and capital requirements, providing an alternative to the cross-border payments process that is weighed down by correspondent banking chains, pre-funded accounts, foreign exchange friction, compliance overhead and opaque fees, the report said.

Non-custodial stablecoin wallet MiniPay announced in October 2025 that it integrated Noah’s financial infrastructure to enable freelancers, creators and sellers to receive global payouts.

More recently, Noah announced partnerships with regulated cross-border payments and foreign exchange infrastructure provider Cedar Money, self-custody wallet provider Bron and on-chain finance infrastructure provider Aurea Hub.
