Teen pop icon Justin Bieber has launched a new prepaid debit card aimed at the teenage demographic, reports CNN Money.

    The card comes with a long list of fees, including $3.95 a month, a fee of $1.50 from withdrawing an ATM and $0.50 for checking balances at ATMs. The card, which is operated by SmartCredit.com, also charges between $0.75 and $2.95 for a “top up,” and a fee of $3 if the card isn’t used for three months.
