Ingenico Combines European Units

The initiative builds off Ingenico’s acquisition and integration of Ogone. The new payment service will focus on both offline and online transactions.

“Recent business developments, including the very strong transaction volumes for Christmas shopping, make [Ingenico] confident in its capacity to support merchants in the management of their payment infrastructure, across all distribution channels — in-store, online and mobile — and across different geographies,” the company said in a statement.
