After a successful year of online and in-store sales, women’s clothing retailer J.Jill has announced its initial public offering, according to Internet Retailer. The company said its total sales were $617 million for the year ending on Oct. 29.

11.6 million | Number of JILL shares being offered

$163.3 million to $186.7 million | Amount of money projected to be made by J.Jill

42 percent | Percentage of 2016 revenue from J.Jill’s direct sales (online and catalogue combined)

88 percent | Percentage of 2016 revenue from eCommerce sales

12 percent | Percentage of 2016 revenue from catalogue sales
