Casey Bullock is responsible for Chase Paymentech’s merchant-facing fraud prevention solutions, partnerships and global initiatives. This includes creation of a fraud business unit focused exclusively on risk strategies and technologies for card-not-present merchants. Prior to Chase Paymentech, Casey spent 10 years serving in senior sales and sales management positions with CyberSource Corporation, where he focused on providing enterprise-class payment and fraud management solutions to many of the industry’s most recognized brands. He has over 15 years of combined technology sales and sales management experience, including positions at Harmonic, Inc. and Silicon Valley Communications. Casey earned a bachelor’s degree in political science from the University of California, Santa Barbara.

Joe Leija is responsible for Chase Paymentech’s International Business Development for merchants interested in expanding into Canada, Europe and Asia Pacific. This includes over 12 years working with merchants looking to expand into overseas markets. Joe’s experience with Merchant Services has included Senior positions with Relationship Management, Sales and Product Development. Prior to Chase Paymentech, Joe spent 10 years in Senior Sales, Management and Finance opportunities in Europe and the United States with organizations including Reuters and 3M. Joe earned an M.B.A. degree from Loyola University in Chicago.
