Virgin America is taking its airline rewards to new heights. Elevate, its frequent flyer program, now accepts Membership Rewards point transfers from American Express cardholders. Brett Billick, director of Customer Relationship Management at Virgin America, discusses why Virgin chose to team up with AmEx and the airline’s “cheeky” new Facebook promotion to celebrate the new partnership.
