FirstData Launches OfferWise, Targets 4M Merchants

    OfferWise will be tested in a pilot program involving “dozens” of merchants, First Data says, before being offered to more than four million merchants across the U.S. CardSpring, a partner in the development process, has built an application programming interface (API) to aid the roll out effort.
