CBA Claims Industry Failure In Contactless Payments Rollout

The Commonwealth Bank of Australia (CBA) said that not enough is being done to inform consumers and merchants about the benefits of contactless payments, according to ZDNet.

Nick Aronson, general manager of transaction banking at CBA, said there had been a failed attempt “to address the change management issue at the heart of the introduction of contactless payments” within the industry.
