    Jumia reported that the majority of the Nigerian market remains offline in terms of retail, but that the company is looking for solutions to improve delivery services that will help convince customers to shop online.

    Co-founders of Jumia Nigera, Tunde Kehinde and Raphael Afaedor, commented, “While some customers have a little doubt about entering details online to make payments, a few others would rather want to have their goods in hand before parting with their hard-earned cash.”
