    The site is only open to residents of Nevada, as the state passed a bill two months ago allowing citizens to play across borders.

    UltimatePoker.com is owned by brothers Frank and Lorenzo Fertitta, who have a history in the casino industry and also own majority shares in Ultimate Fighting Championship, The Verge notes.
