Wirecard Brings Card Payments To German Taxi Ordering Service

Germany’s myTaxi has announced that, from March 2013, Wirecard will provide its taxis with a mobile card reader solution. This allows taxi drivers to settle each taxi journey cash-free, including trips that were not ordered using myTaxi. The myTaxi card reader is currently being launched in Germany, Spain and the USA to accept MasterCards and EC-cards. The offer will soon be expanded to other countries.
