Apple Watch On Sale — Again

If all you want for Christmas this year is an Apple Watch to call your own, good news.

Best Buy has taken $100 off the price of every Apple Watch and Apple Watch Sport in its online shop. That deal might sound familiar; there was some similar action happening during Black Friday, but the deal was not quite as good. Best Buy was taking $100 off higher-end Apple Watch models, but the Sport was only getting a $50 discount.

And though Best Buy’s deal is the best on price, it is far from the only Apple Watch sale going on out there. Target is also selling the Apple Watch at a discount, though the $100 comes in the form of a gift card. B&H is also going the gift card route, though it is only giving out $50. All of these deals together are a lot better than what Apple was offering with its first sale on the Apple Watch: a $50 discount if one was buying it in conjunction with an iPhone.

Price cuts make the Apple product an appealing gift, obviously, but the growing concern is that the discounts also imply that the Apple Watch 2 might be about to hit the market, since that rumor has been circulating alongside one about a new four-inch iPhone.
