CX Enterprise Coworker is now available within ChatGPT, Claude, Databricks Genie, Gemini for business and Microsoft Copilot. Adobe expects the agentic teammate to be added to Amazon Quick, IBM and Snowflake soon, according to the release.

These integrations allow marketing professionals to use the tool within the agentic AI platforms of their choice, per the release.

CX Enterprise Coworker provides data analysis and insights, enables audience forecasting, optimizes customer journeys, and improves planning, product and work management, the release said.

“Today, marketers often use AI tools in isolation, without the organizational context and domain intelligence needed to personalize every stage of the customer lifecycle,” Anjul Bhambhri, senior vice president of engineering, customer experience orchestration at Adobe, said in the release. “CX Enterprise Coworker connects these tools and workflows using brand, customer and channel intelligence, helping teams drive better business outcomes.”

Adobe also announced in the release that it launched new connectors for CX Enterprise Coworker that offer prebuilt Model Context Protocol (MCP) server integrations with ecosystem technology partners so that markets can connect to these systems without custom integration work. These connectors are available for Amazon Ads, Databricks Genie, Demandbase, ads MCP server for Meta campaigns, Microsoft Work IQ, RainFocus and Snowflake Cortex AI, according to the release.

Adobe is also working with global systems integrators (GSIs) to create agentic solutions tailored to specific industries. These GSIs include Accenture, Capgemini, Cognizant, Deloitte Digital, EY, IBM, Infosys, PwC and TCS, per the release.

Adobe executives said in December that they expected the company’s growth to be driven in part by the rapid adoption of its AI-powered tools.

In April, Adobe said it was enhancing its range of marketing solutions with an agentic AI system, an AI-powered coworker and expanded collaborations with AI platforms.

The PYMNTS Intelligence report “Financial Services Pulls Ahead in the Enterprise AI Race” found that media and advertising firms have adopted AI for tasks such as board and executive briefing preparation, quality assurance and call analysis, and returns and reverse-logistics optimization. Sixty percent of firms in this sector have adopted AI for those tasks, according to the report.
