These new, separate products are industry specific and include bundles of videos for learning, according to the post. The post shared links to a Gemini for financial services bundle that includes four 15-minute videos, and a Gemini for legal bundle that includes five 15-minute videos. The videos are offered at no cost, per the post.

“Whether you’re managing complex market portfolios or navigating rigorous compliance reviews, these bite-sized video courses show you exactly how to work smarter with agentic AI,” Gary Eimerman, managing director, Google Cloud Learning, said in the post. “They start with use cases you’re probably familiar with, and share how you can jump into Gemini to get work done more efficiently.”

For those who want to move beyond introductory materials and into building production-grade agentic systems, Google Skills offers a no-cost Gemini Agent Ready (GEAR) program that offers skill badges and validation of real-world experience, according to the post.

Google Cloud announced in August that it launched agentic AI solutions for the financial services industry and the legal industry. The company said these were the first two offerings in what is to be a series of agentic AI solutions that are designed for specific industries.

Google Cloud said Gemini Enterprise for Financial Services was initially available in preview for the capital markets and corporate banking centers, while Gemini Enterprise for Legal was initially available in preview for the legal industry and was designed to help legal teams automate legal workflows across practice areas.

AI startups Anthropic and OpenAI have also released products for the financial services industry.

Anthropic said Tuesday (Oct. 27) that it added more connectors from partners to its Claude for Financial Advisors, which is designed to help financial advisors save time on prep and paperwork so they can spend more time with clients.

OpenAI said in September that it introduced a tailored ChatGPT Work experience designed for financial institutions. The company said ChatGPT for Financial Services was initially focused on investment banking and equity research.
