Ignify To Debut New B2B eCommerce Tech

As technology startups and SMEs jump at the opportunity to develop solutions to contemporary B2B challenges, companies are introducing innovative services that can change how business is done for good. Ignify, which offers a slew of digital solutions for businesses, announced Friday (March 13) that it plans to debut some of its newest innovations at the Microsoft Convergence 2015 event this week.

The tradeshow, to be held March 16-19, will offer a platform for the eCommerce, POS and enterprise resource planning solutions provider to demonstrate its newest services that utilize omnichannel solutions for online commerce and loyalty management, the firm said. Ignify will reveal its eCommerce, Order Entry and Customer Portal for Microsoft Dynamics solutions, as well as its customer loyalty service.

The eCommerce product services both B2B and B2C sellers with online sales tools, Ignify said, including inventory management and social media integration. The firm’s Order Entry solution aims to facilitate the online order processing and payments process for corporations, while the Customer Portal product enables merchants with a self-service platform for invoice and payment management.

The company will also showcase its new Loyalty Management Solution to provide merchants with loyalty program, reward and discount offerings. That product will include data analytics services to provide insight for merchants to evaluate how effective the loyalty programs are in customer retention.

According to Ignify Vice President Ranjit Goray, the Microsoft Convergence event is a top destination for the newest B2B solutions. “Microsoft Convergence is always a great event to connect with business leaders across diverse organizations and industries,” he said. “We look forward to sharing how Ignify solutions can transform business productivity, streamline operations, and create compelling customer experiences.”

Ignify’s participation in the event will allow the firm to offer one-on-one demos of the new services and answer questions for prospective business customers.
