Insite’s New B2B eCommerce Push

Business-to-business commerce is moving to the Web, and Insite’s Software-as-a-Service has championed the push. Earlier this year, the company revealed a new partnership with Dell to launch data analytics into the InsiteCommerce tool and to collaborate on developing new eCommerce solutions for Dell’s corporate clients. Just prior, Insite announced a deal with Web design strategy firm, Agency Oasis, to support B2B companies’ efforts to migrate online.

This time, Insite is rolling out its latest service, and doing it solo. In a Tuesday (June 2) announcement, the company revealed that Insite Software has launched its Customer Growth Services tool. The new offering comes with a range of services that provide InsiteCommerce manufacturer and supplier customers with support to grow and improve operations as they continue their eCommerce efforts.

“Insite’s Customer Growth Services provides manufacturers and distributors with advisory and managed services specifically designed to foster B2B eCommerce growth and success,” said Insite Software CEO Tony Abena, adding that the new tool strengthens Insite’s position not only as a SaaS provider, but as a technology partner with the businesses that depend on Insite’s eCommerce platform.

According to Insite, its new service includes employee education, promotion and campaign management, product and vendor strategy, and other guidance. It also includes access to InsiteAnalytics, which provides businesses with greater insight into their operations and growth through the use of Big Data.

The Customer Growth Services tool, Insite added, is a way for suppliers and manufacturers on the InsiteCommerce platform to realize the full potential of Insite’s eCommerce support through all three of the planning, building and running stages of launching an online site to reach new business buyers.
