Fabletics Stretches VIP Membership Perks

Consumers who have jumped in and ran with athleisure company Fabletics, cofounded by actress Kate Hudson, are eligible for some extra special perks.

This week, Fabletics rolled out its Flexible VIP Membership program, which, according to a release, adds “significant incremental value to its existing membership benefits.” Fitness experts and brands like Body by Simone The Fhitting Room and others have piled on to release, just like endorphins, those special perks.

What are those membership rewards, benefits and perks?

To date, Fabletics’ VIP members were able to shop from hundreds of new and limited-edition styles at prices up to 50 percent off of retail, as well as free shipping and free returns and exchanges. They would receive points towards free products.

Fabletics’ enhanced program allows for benefits to stretch to include online and offline perks. VIP members now have free access to online workout classes given by well-known trainers and studios. The company said the classes are to allow customers to work out anytime or anywhere they want. These members can also receive discounts on in-person workout classes in certain cities, wellness retreats and other health services, like massages and juice brands.

The nearly four-year-old company now has more than 1 million members across eight countries and has 18 U.S. retail stores. The company was launched to fill what it saw was a need in the market, providing higher-quality, “fashion-forward activewear at a great value.” Fabletics releases new, limited-edition collections on a monthly basis.

Given this new normal, the need for agility and optimization across the payments processing value chain is imperative.
