The new Agentic Commerce Suite is designed to help businesses get “agent-ready” by making their products discoverable, simplifying their checkout and allowing them to accept agentic payments, Ahmed Gharib, product lead, agentic commerce at Stripe, said in a Thursday blog post.
“The Agentic Commerce Suite will help significantly expand the number of businesses that can start selling on AI agents,” Gharib said in the post.
Stripe’s launch of this solution follows the introduction of the Agentic Commerce Protocol (ACP) that the company co-developed with OpenAI and released in September. Stripe said at the time that ACP will underpin solutions that help businesses get ready for agentic commerce.
One of the eCommerce platforms through which Stripe will roll out the Agentic Commerce Suite, Mirakl, said Thursday that it has partnered with Stripe as part of its strategy to help merchants access agentic commerce channels.
Through this partnership, Mirakl, a provider of eCommerce and marketplace software solutions, will leverage Stripe’s connections to AI platforms and the company’s payment and authorization infrastructure that enables agentic transactions, Mirakl said in a press release.

“While we continue building direct relationships with AI platforms, Stripe gives our merchants immediate access to agentic channels today,” Mirakl Co-founder and Co-CEO Adrien Nussenbaum said in the release. “This partnership ensures that Mirakl-powered merchants won’t be left behind as commerce shifts to AI agents, they’ll be at the forefront, ready to serve customers however and wherever they choose to shop.”
The partnership with Stripe is an important step in Mirakl’s continuing work to build the infrastructure and partnerships needed for agentic commerce and to establish Mirakl as an orchestration layer between traditional commerce and agentic commerce, according to the release.
Agentic commerce is arriving quickly, and it is reshaping discovery and purchase, Scott Eckert, CEO of Mirakl Americas, told PYMNTS CEO Karen Webster in an interview posted in September.
“The consumer is seeing a value and is moving super quickly,” Eckert said, pointing to billions of monthly visits to ChatGPT.
