Genpact’s launch of this AR suite expands the company’s portfolio of agentic finance solutions that already includes a Genpact AP Suite for accounts payable (AP) and a Genpact Record-to-Report Suite for R2R. The company plans to extend its agentic AI finance portfolio across the broader order-to-cash lifecycle, per the release.

“With agentic product suites now available for AP, R2R and AR, Genpact is a leading partner for CFOs who are increasingly at the helm of enterprise transformation today,” Vijay Vijayasankar, global agentic AI officer at Genpact, said in the release. “As leadership looks for outcomes and ROI, our end-to-end offering is designed to help release more cash, optimize working capital and improve cost efficiency with control, while also supporting better decision-making and scenario intelligence, turning the finance function into a forward-looking advisor and growth driver.”

Genpact reported in August that its second quarter net revenues increased 7.1% year over year to reach $1.343 billion as it continued to pivot to its Agentic Operations strategy. The company’s Advanced Technology Solutions business net revenues rose 24.1% year over year, while its Core Business Services was up 1.9%.

“Q2 was another strong quarter for Genpact, demonstrating our flywheel is accelerating, and our pivot to Agentic Operations is taking hold faster,” Genpact President and CEO Balkrishan “BK” Kalra said in an Aug. 6 press release. “Given the tremendous momentum we are seeing, we now expect Advanced Technology Solutions revenue to grow at least 25% for the full year.”
