BNP Paribas Says Hello To “100 Percent Digital” Bank
BNP Paribas Group has announced the launch of the first 100 percent digital bank in Europe, called Hello bank!, reports a press release by the company. Hello bank! has already launched in Belgium and Germany. The rollout will continue in June for France, and in October for Italy. Europe’s first digital mobile bank was created to give Europeans more efficient and simpler services through mobile and Internet banking. The bank will be 100 percent digital and includes an assistance team that will be ready to answer customer questions six days a week about accounts or financial service advice. The initiative is expected to attract 1.4 million customers in the next five years.
