Fortumo Secures 460 Million New Customers In Telefonica, Telenor Deal

Due to a new deal in which mobile payments platform Fortumo signed agreements with Telefonica and Telenor, 460 million new subscribers will be able to charge purchases to their mobile bills via the web, Android, Windows 8 and Windows Phones.

    Fortumo’s in-app purchasing is already used by major companies such as Gameloft, Popcap and Rovio, maker of the popular game “Angry Birds.”
