Virgin Atlantic announced that it will be using Apple’s iBeacon technology to deliver updates to its passengers passing through Heathrow airport in the UK, according to TNW.
The technology will be used to inform passengers using Passbook with information and offers, while making zero percent commission on money exchange as they pass by the booth.
