Vendor management system IQNavigator has decided to realign its corporate priorities and shifts its focus to technology, particularly those relating to self-managed workforces and broader procurement programs. It is selling off its managed services provider (MSP) to MSX international.
The choice to jump out of the MSP business for IQNavigator is the latest in a string of VMS providers to jump out providing consulting and outsourcing services. Earlier this year, Beeline folded its own MSP division into Pontoon.
Moving forward, IQNavigator will look to move to consolidate the VMS market as it attempts to move users to its platform.own platform both organically and through M&A strategies. It is not known if IQNavigator will help customers stay on legacy technologies as well, at least for a period of time.
