    The Chinese bank had ordered a complete overhaul of the platform, including the user interface and the overall design of the website, Finextra reported on Jan. 7.

    “Banking has entered a new era, transforming from simple transactions and delivery methods to new and improved sales and marketing channels. As demand continues to rapidly evolve, Bank of China is taking the lead to meet the unique, individual needs of our valued customers,” Jiang Xin, Bank of China, general manager for e-banking, said in a statement.
