Ingenico announced yesterday that it has taken on a rebranding and launch of a new visual identity, according to a company release. Transitioning from a payments terminal provider to a seamless payment services provider, Ingenico will now be called “Ingenico Group” and will use the tagline “global leader in seamless payment.” The brand aims to provide “smart, trusted and secure solutions” to multiple channels. The logo redesign will serve to reflect the company’s global brand stature as well as its multi-channel focus.
“With this new positioning, Ingenico Group intends to streamline and simplify its brand, reinforce its consistency across all geographies, as well as guide its stakeholders in a fast evolving ecosystem,” said Philippe Lazare, CEO of Ingenico, in a statement.
