UK B2B Execs See Industry Changing

A Frost & Sullivan survey released Monday (Nov. 10) of mostly B2B execs showed overwhelming (98 percent) belief that the industry is sharply changing, yet the study found those same execs “somewhat more complacent about the need to adapt their organizations.”

The report identified the top four disruptors being: disruptive competition, digitalization, new business models and productization, which the survey described as product companies adding business services but packaging them like products.

Is that good? About 72 percent said it was as those execs saw the changes giving them a competitive advantage.
