ClientWhys Introduces SMB Marketplace

ClientWhys, a provider of marketing automation software and marketplace for cloud accounting and tax industries, has launched a new small business accounting marketplace. According to CPA Practice Advisor, CountingWorks will help U.S. small businesses find information, guidance and services from a network of more than 240,000 accountants, CPAs, bookkeepers, virtual CFOs and more.

Both CountingWorks and ClientWhys’ tax-focused marketplace, TaxBuzz, utilize the algorithm-powered MatchMe system to match SMBs with top cloud-accounting professionals, based on factors such as geography, services needed, industry niches and more. In addition to the MatchMe service, small businesses can search the CountingWorks site to find professionals on their own, utilizing features such as verified client reviews, CountingWorks Verified badges, blog articles by the professionals, links to the professionals’ websites and more.

“Despite [all of] the hype we hear about robots, our research shows that most small business owners still prefer the personalized service provided by trusted accounting professionals,” said Lee Reams II, CEO of ClientWhys. “Our new CountingWorks marketplace makes it very easy for small businesses to get matched with highly-rated accounting professionals.”

CountingWorks and TaxBuzz blogs also provide users with timely tax and accounting resources, as well as articles written by member professionals and industry experts.

Professionals on CountingWorks can claim their profile, add their photo and services, add links to their website and social media, and obtain reviews from their clients free of charge. In addition, a Pro paid annual membership provides benefits such as premium profiles on both TaxBuzz and CountingWorks, the ability to receive additional inquiries via MatchMe connections, and other CountingWorks Pro marketing automation services — such as email newsletters, social media marketing, secure client portals and more.

Through Aug. 31, accounting and tax professionals can sign up for both the CountingWorks Pro and TaxBuzz Pro annual marketplace memberships, starting at $299/year (normally $598/year).
