JPMorgan Chase Names Anubhav Shrivastava New Head of Global Trade for Commercial Banking

Anubhav Shrivastava is taking the reins as the global trade head for commercial banking at JPMorgan Chase where he will lead a team tasked with helping clients tap customized solutions to facilitate and streamline business dealings on a global scale, according to a press release emailed to PYMNTS.

In this role, Shrivastava will guide his team in assisting commercial banking clients better deal with managing their working capital while lowering the number of cash conversion cycles and mitigating risk as business is conducted worldwide.

Jay Droogan, head of credit markets for JPMorgan Chase Commercial Banking, said the leadership skills Shrivastava brings to the role will benefit clients and help them “meet their financial goals by providing best-in-class working capital solutions and addressing core trade needs globally.”

Shrivastava brings 15 years of experience at Citicorp, where he hep multiple positions, including leading the North America Market Management division. Prior to that, he was the head of North America Supplier Finance.

His most recent role with Citicorp was Head of North America Trade Sales and Client Management, where he was tasked with trade origination, sales strategy and P&L revenue targets for the region. He launched his career in banking working in corporate strategy and in the mergers and acquisitions group.

He is based in New York and reports to Droogan. He is part of Head of J.P. Morgan Global Trade Stuart Roberts’ management team.
