Blue Apron x Beyond Meat recipes will be included on Blue Apron’s Signature Two-Serving Plan starting in August.

Blue Apron recipes are designed to evoke a sense of discovery and, as a meal kit partner, we have a unique opportunity to teach our customers how to cook a wide variety of cuisines with plant-based protein.”

The news sent Blue Apron’s stock up 53 percent during afternoon trading on Tuesday (July 16), according to CNBC. The company has struggled to expand its subscriber base and has turned to partnerships in an effort to boost business.
The first recipes will feature Beyond Meat’s new Beyond Burger, with recipes including Caramelized Onion & Cheddar Beyond Burgers with Garlic Green Beans.
