Postmates announced that is has partnered with Dine Brands, the parent company of Applebee’s and IHOP, so that its customers can now order from both restaurants in the more than 3,500 cities that Postmates operates in.

“Both Applebee’s and IHOP are very popular on the Postmates platform,” Postmates Vice President of Merchant Business Development Craig Whitmer said in a press release. “We are thrilled to provide customers access to these restaurants in the 3,500+ cities we operate in and as we near the busy holiday season, there is no better time to Postmate It.”

Postmates and Dine Brands will integrate delivery orders directly into the Applebee’s and IHOP point-of-sale systems.

“Dine is committed to delivering exceptional dining experiences for our guests, whether they are enjoying our craveable meals at home or in our restaurants. We are proud to join forces with partners such as Postmates, who is aligned with our guest centric value,” said Dine Brands CEO Steve Joyce.

Last month it was reported Postmates had raised $225 million at a $2.4 billion valuation, with a funding round led by GPI Capital, bringing the company’s total funding to date to almost $1 billion. The funding came as Postmates is reportedly prepping an initial public offering (IPO), with sources saying the company is planning to go public this year.

And in August, the company announced that it was testing robot delivery in San Francisco. With a permit issued by the city, the online delivery company started testing three of its wheeled delivery robots on San Francisco streets in a designated area in and around Potrero Hill and the Inner Mission. The robots travel at speeds of up to 3 mph, and someone has to be on hand within 30 feet of the vehicles. Also under the terms of the permit, deliveries are not allowed before 8 a.m. and after 6:30 p.m. on weekdays.
