eServGlobal Signs With Mobile Operators To Roll Out mMoney In Middle East, Africa

eServGlobal has signed a framework contract with a mobile operator group in the Middle East and North Africa to provide mobile money services to its customers, reports a press release from eServGlobal. The software is an end-to-end mobile money platform that will give customers access to electronic top-ups, mobile wallets, mobile banking, peer-to-peer money transfers, online payments, airtime recharge, merchant payments salary disbursements and micro finance.

Paolo Montessori, CEO at eServGlobal, said in a press release, “We are delighted to be working with the world’s leading mobile operator groups as they provide next-generation mobile financial services. Winning this contract was the result of a fiercely competitive selection process by this market-leading group, and eServGlobal’s selection highlights our leading position in the mobile money industry.”

The deployment of the platform will be installed across mobile group operators in the Middle East and North Africa first, with other deployments to come in the future.
