Erich is responsible to overseeing the product management, marketing and strategy for all consumer-facing solutions. As Fiserv takes a dive in the person-to-person payment sector, Erich has led his team through the launch of ZashPay, Fiserv’s P2P payment service.

Executive Bio: Erich Litch is Senior Vice President and General Manager of Consumer Services within the Electronic Banking Services Division at Fiserv, where he oversees product management, marketing and strategy for all consumer-facing solutions including online banking, electronic bill payment, mobile banking and personal payments through both financial institutions and value-added resellers.

Prior to this role, Litch was Senior Vice President of Sales and Strategy for the Electronic Banking Services Division, where he had responsibilities for the division level strategy, sales, account management and business development activities. Litch has also held roles as Senior Vice President of Sales and Relationship Management at CheckFree Corporation (acquired by Fiserv) and as Executive Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Corillian Corporation (acquired by CheckFree). He joined Corillian as Senior Vice President of Corporate Development and General Counsel in April 2000. His previous experience includes positions in the Corporate Finance group of Perkins Coie LLP, the Northwest’s largest law firm, and in the Century City office of O’Melveny & Myers LLP, one of the largest law firms in California.

Litch has a law degree from Loyola Law School in Los Angeles, California and a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of California at Los Angeles.
