Coupa and NetSuite Partner On Expense Management and Procurement

Going forward, NetSuite users will be able to access a custom built version of the Coupa Cloud Procurement and Expense Management SuiteApp. Businesses can use the app to improve spend visibility and use the insights gleaned to improve purchasing decisions and realize savings.

"We believe this relationship can bring immense value to our joint customers. They can now take advantage of the benefits of both Coupa and NetSuite to help their employees easily purchase all of their goods and services including indirect goods anywhere, regardless of the device those customers are using-be it a smart phone, a tablet, or a personal computer,” said Zach Nelson, NetSuite CEO.

The service is focused on enhancing B2B payments communication so that transactions are more transparent, as well as mobility, so that spend managers can gain access to the data they need from any device.

"The combination of cloud-delivered capabilities from Coupa and NetSuite offers Box real value in our procurement and expense management processes,” said Jeff Mannie, vice president and controller at Box. “The integration of these platforms and their underlying data gives Box a powerful new way to get even more insights into our business and identify opportunities to drive efficiencies and capture savings as a result."
