’57 Brand announced Monday (Nov. 10) a free B2B online ordering and payments system to assist merchants.
The idea is to integrate inventory data and to more easily browse catalogues and place orders.
“We are confident that our retail partners will find this tool to be an efficient and valuable system,” said Steven D’Angelo, co-owner of ’47 Brand, in a statement. “Our team is excited to be at the forefront of this new resource which will serve to provide superior customer service to our valued partners.”
The plan is for each user to have a local representative as well as an in-house customer service associate assigned to their account, the company said. “As this will be the same exact application, users can create and send customized orders for review in order to save time and effort on both ends. This is a secure business to business site so users will need to sign up for a username and password,” it said.
