Tanger Factory Outlet Centers Collects 95 Pct Of Q4 Rents

Tanger Factory Outlet Centers, Inc. reported as part of its financial results for the quarter and year concluding Dec. 31, 2020 that it collected 95 percent of Q4 rents. Tanger also noted that it wrote off $3.1 million or 3 percent of Q4 rents in the quarter. The firm’s operating properties are in 20 states and in Canada, coming out to about 13.7 million square feet leased to over 2,600 stores operated by over 500 brand name businesses.
