Loyalty Program Data, Targeted Surveys Help Restaurants Hit Their Customer Satisfaction Goals

Order To Eat Tracker® – March 2022

One way to keep QSR customers coming back is to know how they like to order food and pay. In the Order To Eat Tracker, a PYMNTS and Paytronix collaboration, Turning Point Restaurants’ Kirk Ruoff explains how offering data-driven loyalty programs and incentivized surveys can help QSRs take the guesswork out of satisfying diners.

Inside the March Tracker

  • An interview with Kirk Ruoff, founder and CEO at Turning Point Restaurants, on how the chain uses QR code-based payments technology and loyalty programs to increase efficiency and customer satisfaction
  • PYMNTS Intelligence examining how younger consumers’ preferences for digital ordering and payment tools continue to grow and how restaurants can marry this technology with loyalty and subscription programs
  • The latest headlines from the order to eat space, including how millennial and Generation Z consumers are leading in preferences for takeout and delivery meals and how restaurants are moving ordering and reservations toward text communications and away from phone calls
