Loyalty programs are great ways to get consumers more engaged with brands. As such, we’ve seen a myriad companies implement loyalty rewards into their offerings.

In the 2017 COLLOQUY Loyalty Census, it was discovered that while the U.S. has reached its highest-ever amount of members in loyalty reward programs, the growth rate has actually seen a decline.
