New Data Show Digital Platforms Drive Global Wave Of SMB Innovation

Global SMBs used digital platforms to help implement an average of 13 new digital features last year — nearly twice as many as their enterprise competitors. In The 2022 Global Digital Shopping Index: SMB Edition, a collaboration with Cybersource, PYMNTS surveyed over 13,000 consumers and 3,100 businesses across six countries and found six key ways in which digital platforms are changing the dynamics of how SMBs and consumers engage.
