6-Country Study Finds Digital Dominates How Consumers Shop and Pay at Retailers  In 2022 — the year that saw consumers get off their couches and into stores — 87% of those in the U.S., U.K., Brazil, Mexico, India and U.A.E. used digital to find or pay for products, even when shopping in person. The third annual “Global Digital Shopping Index,” in collaboration with Cybersource, examines the shopping and payments behaviors of more than 13,000 consumers and 3,000 merchants.
