New Study Shows Digital Pickup And Delivery Features No Longer Optional For US Merchants With U.S. consumers using curbside pickup four times as often as their peers around the world, cross-channel options are clearly a must for merchants looking to meet the demands of local shoppers. That's just one of the findings in the 2022 Global Digital Shopping Playbook, a PYMNTS and Cybersource collaboration, which distills survey responses from 3,100 businesses and over 13,000 consumers from six countries that analyzes how mobile-first, cross-channel, and digital features like curbside pickup and in-store navigation are driving retail sales.
