"The Global Digital Shopping Index: Australia Edition," a PYMNTS and Cybersource collaboration, examines how consumers’ shopping habits and preferences in the country are shifting amid historic social and economic change. It also reveals how merchants can develop digital strategies to navigate the shifting retail landscape in Australia. The report is based on a survey of 1,899 Australian consumers and 585 merchants and is part of a larger series examining four key markets around the world.
