Delivering On Restaurant Rewards

The Delivering On Restaurant Rewards report provides an overview of the types of loyalty and rewards programs restaurant customers use and how eateries can enhance their rewards offerings to boost their top-line performances. We surveyed a census-balanced group of 2,089 U.S. consumers about the types of restaurants from which they order food, the channels through which they prefer to access restaurants’ rewards programs and the improvements eateries can make to boost customer spending.
