NEW DATA: Budget-Minded Consumers Pick QSRs With Loyalty Programs Consumers dining on a budget prefer to order from restaurants that offer loyalty programs, with more than 12 million of them being willing to stretch their food budget if it meant getting more rewards. In the new Delivering On Restaurant Rewards, PYMNTS surveys 2,467 consumers to find out how quick-service restaurants (QSRs) can utilize loyalty offerings to help consumers' do more with their meal budgets and drive conversion.
Inside the July brief:
  • 84 percent: Share of consumers who believe their finances will improve within the next year
  • 49 percent: Portion of restaurant customers with slipping finances who use loyalty programs
