Uber Driver Speeds Ahead to Clinch Top Spot in PYMNTS’ Gig Platform App Ranking

This month in PYMNTS’ Provider Rankings of Gig Platform Apps, we have a lot of contenders that maintained their rankings.

Still in first place is Uber Driver, but come back next month to see if DoorDash can take the lead.

Here are our Top 10 apps for gig work.

The Top 5

Uber Driver holds onto our No.1 ranking with a new score of 94.

No. 2 remains DoorDash scoring 87, six points higher than prior.

Turo sits at No. 3 after losing five points to get a score of 73.

At No. 4, Instacart Shopper has 69 points, two points higher than before.

Closing out our top 5 is Etsy, which is down three points to a score of 58.

The Top 10

Tied for No.6 are Amazon Flex and Fiverr, both scoring 57.

Swagbucks: Surveys for Money climbs up to No. 7 with a score of 45.

With 43 points at No. 8 is Upwork.

Lyft Driver takes the No.9 position, with a score of 42.

Instawork jumps 10 points to close out our Top 10 with a score of 35.
